A caregiver or caretaker offers crucial daily living support, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management. They provide companionship and emotional support, ensuring the well-being and safety of those they care for. Additionally, they may assist with mobility, transportation, and communication with healthcare professionals.

According to a 2025 Report, www.aarp.org says the average age of caregivers are 51 years old. However, 47% of caregivers are under 50 years of age.

A woman can experience menopause at varying ages. However, most women naturally experience menopause between the ages of 45 - 55 years old, according to www.cdc.gov (Women's Health). Moreover, the average age of a woman in menopause in the U.S. is 52.
